Is An Agency Better?
I have several technical documents to prepare, and doing everything myself is taking too much time. During my search, I found technical writing agency. I have never worked with a technical writing agency before, so I wanted to ask if anyone here has. Did the writers understand your subject? Was communication easy? I would really like honest feedback from people who have tried one. What should I look for before choosing an agency for a technical project?
